Spend the Day at Walking Together

Here's a sample of what will be offered to those who attend:
Music by singer/songwriter Jonathan Rundman, as well as the musical group, Breaking Chains,  a Christian Band from western Wisconsin called to serve God through music ministry.

Workshops from pastors and congregational leaders throughout the synod. Want to learn more about implementing missional strategies in your congregation? Workshops include: "We've Got a Mission Plan. Now What?" by the Rev. Kathy Pennington and ministers of East Immanuel Lutheran Church, Amery. Or maybe you're looking for ways to involve youth. You could get advice from members of the LYO Board who will present, "What's so Important About Worship, Fellowship and Faith?" Looking for a spiritual boost? Cheryl Sikorski, Christ Lutheran in Somerset, offers "Nurturing Your Life of Prayer, 2013 Edition."

Over 40 workshops will be offered this year, so bring a group from your congregation. All ages are encouraged to attend.

The cost for this event is $15 per person (includes a full day of programming and lunch). So, join others from congregations throughout the synod to learn, network, share, worship and renew as we are "Walking Together" in Christ!
